Spaces are limited so must be booked by contacting Thacker at angela-thacker@lazydaisybirthing.co.uk.

Lazy Daisy is a nationwide business of franchised, trained teachers who lead active birth classes using movement, breathing, relaxation and movement techniques, with expectant mothers often using yoga mats.

Thacker said, “I had a rather difficult birth and have become a Daisy birthing teacher to help local women have a positive birth experience.

“This is something I believe every woman should be able to have regardless of her birth path. The classes are brilliant they combine, movement, education, breathing techniques and relaxation, with the added benefit of meeting other mums to be.”
