Andrew Rendle: Croydon’s champion for autism

A few weeks ago I wrote on Inside Croydon asking residents for their experience of autism services within Croydon.

I said I wanted to hear from those with ASD, their parents and carers, and I’m very grateful for all the responses I have received.

I am presently collating all the replies and adding your experiences, concerns and ideas to those I have formulated from talking to council officers, service providers, educators and the NHS. I will then be in a great position to host an Autism Forum which will not be a talking shop but a real opportunity to make things better in Croydon.

Once again many thanks and if you still want to get in contact then please do.

I can be emailed at andrew.rendle@croydon.gov.uk or you can write to me c/o Town Hall, Katharine Street, Croydon, CR0 1NX
