Purley Townswomen’s Guild talk on doorstep crime, Oct 6

townswomens guilds logoThe next meeting of the Purley and District Townswomen’s Guild will feature a special talk from an official from Croydon Trading Standards on doorstep crime and scams – and, of course, how to avoid them.

The meeting will take place at the Purley United Reformed Church,  Brighton Road, from 2pm on Tuesday, October 6.

All are welcome to attend.

The group meets from 2-4pm on the first Tuesday of every month.

New members are welcome, and the first meeting is free (try before you buy!).

The United Reformed Church is at 906 Brighton Road, Purley CR8 2LN. There is a car park next door, and buses stop close by. Purley railway station is about five minutes’ walk away.
