NHS seeks your views on future services for the over-65s

NHS LOGONHS Croydon Clincial Commissioning Group (CCG) and Croydon Council are working together to deliver a new approach to commissioning services for people over 65, known as Outcomes Based Commissioning (OBC).

“Our aim is to transform the way services are provided by putting what matters most to older people and their families at the heart of everything do,” they say, as they seek the help of Inside Croydon‘s loyal reader.

Please take a moment to fill in our survey and give us important feedback that will help improve these local services.”

The survey deadline is Friday October 16.

“Any information you share with us will remain confidential and stay within the team carrying out this piece of work. Health professionals will not receive any information that identifies you personally.”
