UNACC, which is a day centre for people over 50 from the Upper Norwood, South Norwood and the wider area, is based at the Waterside Centre, 26 Avenue Road SE25 4DX.

Entry to the art exhibition, which is open from 10am to 12.30pm, is free, and tea, coffee and cake will be on sale.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 25, at 12.30pm, the ACC Film Club returns with a screening of Grease.

The Centre wants people to come in fancy dress as characters from the movie. “We will be serving milk shakes & burgers just like the Frosty Palace,” they say.

“We need to apply for funding to ensure the film club continues next year so we want to take lots of pictures with the place looking nice and full.”
