“On the eve of a royal wedding, two lovers elope and find themselves in a mysterious moonlit forest”
Theatre Workshop Coulsdon is performing A Midsummer Night’s Dream in the open air at Coulsdon Manor Hotel every evening (except Sunday and Monday) until August 6. All performances start at 7.45pm.
Enjoy an evening of Shakespeare under the trees and dusk-time sky as the characters and plots begin to intertwine, where the stage is set for an enchanting combination of sorcery and slapstick humour, love and laugh-out loud comedy.
A bar serving hot and cold drinks and a barbecue will be available from 6.45pm on all performance dates, so with respect to the hosts, please don’t bring your own food and drink for consumption on the premises.
Audience seating is on grass, so it is recommend for your comfort that you bring your own rug, blanket, cushion or garden chair. Do please also bring warm clothing for later in the evening.
Tickets are £10, £7 for concessions from the Theatre Workshop Coulsdon Box Office, 07709 266 728 or via email: boxoffice@twcoulsdon.org.uk
