Developing a Quality Framework
April 26, 10.30am to 1.30pm
Facilitator: Elaine Harrison, Crystal Palace Communities Fund
All organisations providing services need to demonstrate the quality of what they do. This is equally important if you are looking to attract participants, partners, or to promote your services to potential funders or sponsors. This course is an introduction to the concepts and practice of developing quality frameworks. It explores how to measure the outcomes of what you do for groups who report to funders and/or for those who want to evidence the quality of their work to prospective service users, partners, funders or sponsors.
