This walk is organised by Wild in the City as part of the launch of the “Natural Health Service”, which promotes engagement with nature to support emotional, physical and social health.
Netwalking is a way for local business owners and professionals to get to know one another, while enjoying a healthy and energising morning stroll through this beautiful local park.
The walk will last approximately 45 minutes around the lake and through the woods, which are a remnant of the ancient Great North Wood which gave Norwood its name.
Richard will lead the walk; meet him at the Woodvale Avenue entrance to the park, by the Waterside Centre.
