Two arrested in connection with fatal shooting on Imperial Way

The police have made two arrests in connection with the shooting near Costco on Imperial Way last Thursday, when a 41-year-old man was found dead.

The Metropolitan Police said last night that they had arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of murder. A 37-year old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both remain in custody.

The police continue to appeal for any witnesses who were in the vicinity of the shooting, which happened at around 5pm on June 19.

“Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any information that could help the investigation, please contact the police on 101 quoting CAD 6530/19JUN.”
