Crystal Palace FC, and arts group calling itself Art Of and Added Time Club are staging an exhibition called “The ART OF Waiting”, celebrating the club’s first FA Cup triumph and the end of their long wait for silverware.
Staged in the Crystal Palace Subway from January 9 to 11 (opening hours of 10am to 4pm), the exhibition offers people a rare cultural deep dive into Palace’s historic victory, told through the sights, sounds and stories that define their wait for success.
Expect atmospheric photography, fan-shot memories, tifos, zines, shirts and creative tributes capturing the identity, pride and spirit of the club’s supporters.
“Designed as a journey through Palace’s heritage and fan culture,” the blurb says, “the exhibition invites football fans and curious Londoners alike to step inside a uniquely local story of belief, resilience and community.”
