Philharmonic Choir’s open rehearsal with Will Todd, May 3

The Croydon Philharmonic Choir is staging an evening of rehearsals and music next Tuesday, May 3, at St Matthew’s, Chichester Road, Park Hill.

They offer “an exciting evening of jazz and choral fusion with composer Will Todd”, pictured.

Todd is a British composer, best-known for combining jazz with traditional choral music. His anthem, Call of Wisdom, was performed at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

The Croydon Philharmonic Choir will be rehearsing Todd’s own composition, Mass in Blue.
