Performers invited to take the stage at The Portland Arms

The Portland Arms, recently re-opened as a community pub in South Norwood, is looking for talented musicians, singers, comedians and performers of any kind. And there’s a beer in it for you.

The pub, on Portland Road, is staging its very own, South Norwood version of Britain’s Got Talent every week with an Open Mic Nights on Tuesdays. And not a Simon Cowell in sight.

“If you’re a singer, poet, comedian, magician, musician or performer of any kind then every Tuesday is Open Mic Night at @PortlandArmSE25 and they need you!” they say.

“Sign up with our host @ollychamberlain at 8pm for an 8.30pm start. Every performer gets a free beer!”
