Led by qualified professionals, the two-hour sessions will give carers the space and time to invest in their well-being and widen their support network over a 12 week period.
The Studio Space at 2-4 Park Street, CR0 1YE is a welcoming environment where people can work in a range of artistic media, alongside others in a safe, therapeutic setting.
The organisers say, “Art is a great way to take time for yourself away from the pressures being a carer and explore feelings and ideas as part of a non-judgmental social group.”
The sessions start this month and take place on Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm.
