More event dates have just been announced for the newly restored Crystal Palace Subway, as it is brought back to life and starts to be used for a whole range of activities.
Handmade Palace, Saturday November 23, 10am to 5pm
Handmade Palace is thrilled to be back with 40 stalls of south London’s best arts and crafts in this beautiful atmospheric venue. Kick-start your Christmas shopping in style while supporting local artists, designers and makers.
Pop Up Screens, from Friday December 6
A pop-up will turn the Subway into a special festive theatre with Christmas movies, stand-up comedy and even a silent disco giving you all the warm and fuzzy yuletide feelings. Tickets are on sale now.
Open Subway, Sunday December 1, 10am to 2pm
Crystal Palace Park Trust is offering opportunities for free self-guided visits to the Subway with staff and volunteers available to share nuggets of its remarkable history. No need to book but please be aware there may be queues.
