“In 2014, while living in Morocco, I created a series of intricate artworks using eggshells,” Hayfa told Inside Croydon.
“Because I never had the right opportunity to share them there, these delicate pieces have been kept private for an entire decade.
“I am finally bringing this collection out of the shadows. I am hosting an exhibition this June at Turf Projects.
“This isn’t a commercial sale. It is simply about finally sharing a passion that has travelled across borders and survived years of waiting.”
The exhibition is completely free to attend, and runs from Wednesday, June 3 to Saturday June 27 (the gallery space is only open Wednesdays to Saturdays, 11am to 5pm) at Project Space, Turf Projects, First Floor, 1046-1048 Trinity Court, Whitgift Centre.
