Delve behind the headlines on Allders, The Fold, Anonyvoter and campaign launches, with our regular subscriber podcast

Our Croydon Insider podcasts are an (almost) regular delve behind the headlines at the stories that matter to you, Inside Croydon’s loyal readers.

And in our latest wide-ranging episode – part of what has been described as a “citizens’ revolt against the propaganda of power” – our panel of readers also get the chance to put Questions to the Mayoral Candidate, as we put the Green Party’s Peter Underwood in the hot seat ahead of next May’s local elections.

Our panel for this podcast comprises iC’s resident culture vulture, Ken Towl, who’ll happily travel miles for a £1 breakfast; there’s Anabel Smith, who ventured inside the Whitgift Centre and survived to tell the tale; Garwood Foundation charity chief Ross White; community energy company CEO Connie Duxbury; and former BBC TV News reporter Neil Bennett.

The Croydon Insider is premium content exclusively for paying subscribers of Inside Croydon via Patreon, and each individual episode is also available for a modest fee (less than the cost of a pint in the Dog and Bull) on our Spotify page.

Look out for our next episode later in October, when we’ll be looking at Croydon, history and ghosts and ghouls…
