Inside Croydon can exclusively reveal a secret diagram which was due to have been included in the council’s “Proud to Serve” manifesto.
The Stalinist 44-page document, compiled by expensive consultants under the supervision of Croydon’s £195,300-a-year CEO Jon Rouse and Councillor Sara “Book Token” Bashford (who voted last year for her council allowances to go up to £45,377), is available online via the council’s high-calibre interweb site.
But crucially, the diagram “to explain the core mission strategy and all that shit”, according to our top-level Taberner House source, was changed at a late stage of the production process.
Another diagram was placed on page 8 of the council document, right after the pictures of hundreds of ordinary Croydon people enjoying themselves at the (axed) Lloyd Park music festival.
So we reproduce the secret document here:
Hope that clears things up.
Croydon: Proud to Sever any funding to services that don’t interest Jon Rouse or Dudley Mead.
