The South Norwood Arts Festival is being staged by the people of Portland Road on June 13 to 19, and the organisers are still seeking volunteers, performers and stall holders for their week’s activities.
The programme for the festival should soon be available, outlining the schedule of dance workshops and performances, and other activities.
There’s even a competitive element to an artwork/photography event, offering cash prizes in a range of age groups. The closing date for entries for this is June 8, so download your entry form for more details by clicking here.
Any local groups with causes to promote or produce to sell can also still book a stall at the fair. Contact details for the organisers are at the end of this post.
Volunteers are still needed to act as stewards for the fair at Woodside Green on Sunday June 19, any time between 9am and 6pm, to help set up, run events during the fair and help clean up afterwards. Even if you can only do an hour, this would be welcome.
