UKIP candidate McKenzie fails to deliver his own brothers

Winston McKenize, left, the UKIP candidate, turned up with his big Dodge truck. But where were his boxing brothers?

The local media was expectant.

UKIP’s entertaining candidate for the Croydon North by-election, Winston McKenzie, promised a sporting legends line-up at Thornton Heath yesterday to promote his campaign.

“McKenzie Brothers, Clinton, Duke and Winston – The Dynasty of Champion Boxing Brothers alongside some of the local champion youths,” was the promise.

Yet none of Winston’s brothers showed.

If Winston can’t deliver his own brothers for a photo-call, can he deliver any votes on polling day?
