Croydon Craft Beer festival, Braithwaite Hall, Oct 16-17

Croydon is to get its first craft beer festival next month.

real ale beerBeers from around 20 breweries in and around London will be on sale at the Braithwaite Hall, next to the Town Hall, on Friday October 16 and Saturday October 17.

The festival runs from 5pm to 10pm on Friday, and noon to 10pm on Saturday.

Tickets cost £3 and are available from Freshfields Market in Church Street, The Oval Tavern and The Wine Cellar in Sanderstead.

    20 Craft Breweries–fantastic! Who says that life was better in the Old days? –the old days of the 60s when a typical pub had one bitter, one mild, a bottled pale ale, a bottled brown ale and maybe a barley wine. Roll out the 2015 barrels!!
