
Cafe Adagio, the music and arts-themed cafe in Addiscombe, is hosting an exhibition of the work of Matt Bannister, who has put together a series of eye-catching images of Croydon life in his distinctive style.
Bannister’s previous project involved producing artworks portraying the dinosaurs in Crystal Palace Park.

Matt Bannister: distinctive take on Croydon
Bannister is a locally based artist, whose commercial works also extend to designs for cards to cushions.
This latest series of paintings captures scenes from central Croydon.
The half-dozen or so works are on display at Cafe Adagio for the next month or so.
The original paintings are all for sale, while limited edition prints of the works can also be purchased.
