Veolia to answer residents’ questions at Waddon Forum

The Waddon Forum is a quarterly meeting organised by the ward’s councillors to allow residents to learn of news and developments in their community.

Veolia are now locked in to the bin collection and street cleaning services in Croydon until 2024

Residents can ask questions about recycling and collections and other issues at the Waddon Forum

The meetings take place from 5pm to 6.30pm at St George’s Church on Barrow Road on the Waddon estate.

The next meeting is this Thursday, February 2.

This meeting will have a representative from the Veolia refuse collection and street cleaning team attending to answer questions from Waddon residents about the service.

Waddon’s councillors – Robert Canning, Joy Prince and Andrew Pelling – also use St George’s Church for ward surgeries, where residents can raise any concerns that they have, in confidence.

These ward surgeries take place from 10am to 11.30am on the first Saturday of every month, with the next one due this week, on February 4.
