    Excellent to see Broad Green improving in many ways. London Road from Broad Green down to West Croydon Station looks very good now, with the new paving and trees, and many shop frontages painted. I hope that something can be done to redevelop in a good way, with houses and greenery, the remaining eyesore areas of Handcroft Road (derelict old workshops) and the ex cinema / Zodiac House area along the West side of the London Road, which must be one of the ugliest and most run down areas of Croydon, London even.
