Coulsdon artist starts business offering portraits of your pets

A Coulsdon-based graphic designer has started a business which offers pet owners the chance to have their dogs or cats immortalised in water colours, or captured artistically digitally.

“I have been a professional illustrator for more than 30 years, producing natural history illustrations and fine art paintings,” says Carl Conway.

“Now, I am looking to branch out, and am offering to work to commission to do portraits of people’s pets.”

Conway has a selection of his work available to view online at Magma Art’s website.

The pictures are created using a digital process which enables them to be enlarged to A3 size for printing on to stretched canvas or to create original poster art for the home.

A water colour pet portrait, based on photographs taken by the owner, can be commissioned from Conway from £50.

Visit www.magmaart.co.uk for more information and to view examples of commissioned portraits and available styles, or contact Conway by email on carl@magmaart.co.uk.
