Overground Festival’s dance music night, Penge, Oct 13

The Crystal Palace Overground Festival is close to reaching its fund-raising target, with just one week left to go with its crowdfunder. The organisers encountered thousands of pounds of additional security costs this summer, with their event being staged soon after the terror attacks in Manchester and at London Bridge.

And now the organisers are already working hard to raise the cash to pay for the 2018 festival, to be staged in Crystal Palace Park next June, with the staging of a special music night on October 13, when Mr C of The Shamen is headlining the latest in dance music fundraisers at Anerley Town Hall.

There will also be a set by Kumo, aka Jono Podmore of Metamono fame, with more DJs to be announced.

“Full bar will be provided and of course tons of atmosphere and top tunes too,” say the organisers.

The event runs from 8pm – 2am, with tickets £18 plus booking fee. Click here to purchase.
