Comedy nights return to the Spread Eagle next month.
Simon Watt, Rachel Wheeley, Samantha Baines and Gemma Arrowsmith play the theatre space above the pub on Croydon High Street on Thursday October 26.
Been anywhere good on holiday lately?
Comic biologist Simon Watt, comedian Rach Wheeley and friends size up a new destination: Mars. Simon has been doing some research. Well, he’s been watching a lot of movies. He’ll tell us why a biologically accurate alien invasion film would be rubbish.
Rach will guide us through space colony recruitment and wonders if she can enter “Miss Universe” from another world. Join us as we pack our suitcases for a trip to planet red.
This time the (what’s the opposite of intrepid? Trepid?) trepid pair are joined by the ever so funny comedians Samantha Baines and Gemma Arrowsmith. Doors open at 7.30pm Comedy starts at 8pm.
Tickets £8 if booked in advance. To book, click here.
