    There must be better ways of spending Community funds than encouraging Halloween ‘celebrations’ which are a dreadful American import!

      It’s encouraging the community to come together in a world that is full of miserable people like yourself. It’s for the kids that will likely be out trick or treating anyway. Let them enjoy the buzz..

      No community funds are used for this, Coulsdon does not actually get any funds from the Council for community work, this is all funded by the organising businesses (Cozy Glow, Advanced Print). Ticket sales actually go to fund the activities of Coulsdon Community Partnership, a new registered charity set up to to creating a vibrant and connected community in Coulsdon through a variety of initiatives and programs.

      Our primary focus is community engagement, organising and running community events, and showcasing local businesses.
