There will be no tram services overnight this Saturday, May 11, between Croydon town centre, New Addington, Elmers End or Beckenham Junction.

Late notice: TfL issued its notification of Saturday night’s trams closure in the last day or so
Transport for London has distributed advice notices across the network’s trams stops.
The service interruption will begin from 8.30pm on May 11, and is expected to last just one night, with service expected to begin normally on Sunday, May 12.
When the track works begin, “there will be no service between Wellesley Road and Beckenham Junction, Elmers End and New Addington”, TfL says.
Trams will operate between Wimbledon and Wellesley Road and between George Street and Wimbledon.
“This is due to track work,” according to TfL.
This one-night closure follows two weeks of engineering works closing the line between East Croydon and New Addington last month.
Tram passengers are encouraged to “consider alternative travel options”, TfL says of its latest closure.
TfL’s Journey Planner and the TfL Go app are useful tools for finding alternative routes on public transport and updates on services.
