Home Bargains is moving home, with the latest among their 600 warehouse-like stores opening on the Purley Way this Saturday, January 24.

The family-run business based in Liverpool reckons that they have spent “approximately £1million” on their Croydon store, in premises which had been used for many years by Argos. Home Bargains say that they have created 55 jobs.
Ranjith Sithiravel, the manager of Home Bargains’ Croydon store, said: “Opening this store is an exciting milestone, and I’m proud to lead such a dedicated team.
“We can’t wait to share our products, our service, and our enthusiasm with everyone who walks through our doors.”
The 11,550sqft store offers homewares, health and beauty essentials, sweets, snacks and drinks, as well as fresh and frozen food.
Home Bargains say that they have 5million customers each week across their stores, drawn by their “top-quality branded goods at low prices”.
Home Bargains Croydon is at Unit 1 Purley Way Centre, Drury Crescent, Purley Way CR0 4XU.
