The company was awarded the Service Quality Award at the annual Pallet-Track Shareholder Gala, held at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield.

The award was voted for by shareholder members of the Pallet-Track network, an organisation which sees more than 90 independent logistics companies work together to collect and deliver palletised freight throughout the country.

Family firm ELB Partners was a founding member of the network 22 years ago.

Peter Eason, the managing director of ELB Partners, said: “We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service, and it means a lot to have that recognised.

“As an independent logistics business operating within Greater London, we face increasing pressures and challenges, so this award really celebrates the hard work of our whole team, who go above and beyond for our customers day after day.

“Last year, we were voted Member of the Year by the shareholder members and having the support and respect of our fellow network members really means the world to us.

“We are beyond excited to continue working together to provide the best pallet delivery service possible in the year ahead.”

Stuart Godman, CEO of award sponsor Northstarr and Pallet-Track, said: “As a founding shareholder member of our network, ELB Partners are held in the highest regard and are very deserving of this accolade for their continued contribution to Pallet-Track.

“We look forward many more years of mutual success.”

ELB was established in 1970 as a three-person partnership. Peter Eason bought the business from his father, George, in 1985.

It now employs 80 people, operating from premises on Beddington Farm Road since 2021.
