The magical adventures of schoolboy wizard Harry Potter and his friends are returning to the big screen at Vue to mark the 25th anniversary of their cinema debut back in 2001.
Between Friday August 28 – the start of the late summer Bank Holiday weekend – and October 16, all eight Harry Potter films will be shown at Vue Purley Way.
This anniversary season will give Potterheads and film fans the perfect opportunity to revisit Hogwarts and the wizarding world’s other memorable locations the way they were meant to be experienced, on the big screen.
The season opens with the film that kicked it all off, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, introducing The Boy Who Lived, best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, alongside remarkable professors and pupils of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The series will conclude in early October with an epic two-part showdown in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, when Lord Voldemort plans threaten both the wizarding and Muggle worlds.
To mark the anniversary, Vue is also offering Potter fans the chance to enjoy the films alongside brand-new exclusive merchandise. This includes a collectible popcorn tin with a wand stirrer, as well as a premium Harry Potter-themed cup.
