South Croydon Allotment Society is holding a plant sale on Saturday May 14, from 9.30am to noon.
Admission is free, and plants will be available at “reasonable prices”.
The event is at South Croydon Allotments – via entrances from the Sanderstead Road entrance next to Broomhall Road and Carlton Road (beside the business park).
Follow signs in allotment site.
All types of vegetables including runner beans, courgettes, tomatoes, chillies, peppers and many more.
There will also be a selection of both perennial and annual plants for containers and borders.
If you have plants for sale please label them and bring them to the allotment car park at 9am on the day.
Teas, coffees and cakes will also be available.
The South Croydon Allotment Association’s other dates for 2016 include the site open day on August 13.
