Winter Session
Free Family activity session this Sunday November 27

The Upper Norwood Library is delighted to welcome Incredible Edible Gipsy Hill back for a second time this coming Sunday, November 27 between 1pm – 4pm to celebrate winter in all its glory!

Learn all about winter’s seasonal fruits and vegetables, join in arts and crafts and story-telling sessions, and be inspired with recipe ideas and free handouts on nutrition.

As if this isn’t enough, you can also learn how to make a film on your phone or tablet. Learn some tips and gain confidence in making short films for sharing your own stories.

Book on to the one-hour workshop from 1-2pm via Eventbrite or pop in between 1 and 4pm with your phone or tablet and get ready to make your short film or vox pops.

Incredible Edible Gipsy Hill is a new community-led project that’s part of a national movement towards a healthier and more sustainable food system. A connection to growing, cooking and sharing skills contribute to our wellbeing and it is a great opportunity for local residents to take initiatives around healthy food.
