Roll up! Roll up! Get your 2025 South Norwood Trolleys calendar now!

Off their trolleys: fancy a 2025 SoNo calendar? We know just the thing…
Yes, the abandoned shopping trolleys of South Norwood are a thing, apparently (where’s a Piss-poor Perry “Blitz” when you need one?), and Luke Thomas has pulled together a set of snaps to celebrate (if that’s the right word) this local phenomenon.
The calendars cost £10 each (plus £2 for delivery if you don’t collect in person), with the proceeds being split between two very deserving local causes – the South Norwood Community Kitchen and the local lunch club run by Councillor Karen Jewitt.
“I’ll place one bulk order at the end of November,” Thomas says.
Thomas says he is aiming to get the calendars out to buyers in mid-December, subject to the turnround by the printing house.
“Bear with me as this is just for fun and to help raise some fund for amazing local charities.”

ROTTEN BOROUGH AWARDS: In January 2024, Croydon was named among the country’s rottenest boroughs for a SEVENTH successive year in the annual round-up of civic cock-ups in Private Eye magazine

Not so much Off Your Trolly, as Chariots of Wire? Congrats for spelling the plural of trolley correctly, as I would expect.
