CONGRATULATIONS! Two Inside Croydon subscribers, Diana Pinnell and Matthew Collins, have landedd themselves a big VIP day out in the West End just before Christmas, each accompanied with a special guest that they invite along, after winning our latest special competition.
Diana and Matthew and their guests will see children’s TV presenter Maddie Moate as she makes her West End debut with her brand-new live show, Maddie Moate’s Very Curious Christmas.
The Inside Croydon supporters will even get to meet Maddie in person straight after the show!
Maddie Moate’s Very Curious Christmas runs at the Apollo Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue, from December 6 2024 to January 4 2025.
Following the success of her hit book A Very Curious Christmas, Maddie is super-excited to bring her festive facts and magical experiments to the stage.
This seasonal adventure dives into the science of winter, uncovers the mysteries behind our Christmas traditions, and answers some of your most curious Christmas questions…
- Where does snow come from?
- How do crackers go BANG!!?
- And why do Brussels sprouts make you fart?!
Packed with interactive fun and brimming with festive cheer, Maddie’s live science show promises to be an unforgettable holiday treat.
You can find out all about the show – and how to book tickets – by clicking here.
Both Diana Pinnell and Matthew Collins support the work of this website with a subscription through our Patreon page. That entitled them to enter the competition, which had two pairs of tickets to Maddie Moate’s Very Curious Christmas at the Apollo Theatre on Sunday December 8 up for grabs.
Both managed to answer our quiz question – Maddie Moate’s TV show, Do You Know? airs on CBeebies.
The prize winners’ names were drawn at random from all the correct entries earlier today.
You could be our next lucky winner – if you join our patrons.
